2 METER, 10 METER, 220 MHz FM COMMUNICATION RECEIVER
We use the new Motorola FM receiver MC3362 IC. The receiver is a dual conversion (10.7MHz tuned IF) with 1uV sensitivity and band width of 5KHz. It has 400mw of output. The only adjustments are easily tuned using one of these items- TV, cable converter, frequency counter, or a service monitor. The kit is varactor tuned with volume and squelch controls. All of the parts are included for each frequency. You choose what frequency to build. Power requirements 9 volt DC.

VOICE ACTIVATED SWITCH
This VOX circuit can be used to operate a tape recorder, ham radio, CB radio, or turn on an alarm. The VOX-1 kit has 100MA of output that operates a relay, light, motor. THE "SEARCHER" RADIO DIRECTION FINDER
You can pay more but all you need is the "SEARCHER." A direction finder antenna that connects to any UHF/VHF Amateur Radio or Scanner. Great for fox hunting, finding hidden transmitters that are raising havoc with your repeater ... Look out FOX! This VERTICAL DI-POLE antenna connects to your radio through the antenna jack. Tune your radio to the frequency of the transmitter, any from 140 MHz to 500 MHz you are trying to locate, you will hear a tone and the transmit modulation at the same time. When the tone nulls (becomes silent) that is the direction you want to travel. To further check your progress the signal level meter of the radio should rise. The "Searcher" has an audio tone control and comes with a case to house the electronics, 4 antennas, and all the parts to construct a 24" wide VERTICAL DI-POLE antenna. Sorry no 9v battery. The WBA series has been designed using teflon printed circuit board and surface mount technology for better performance. The RF preamp was designed to be used with wide band communication receivers, scanners, HT's, frequency counters, distribution amplifiers for satellite signals, VHF/UHF TV, local area network, or laboratory instruments.
Use the WBA-4 amplifier to drive Double Balanced mixers or frequency counters. It amplifies high-level signals to an amplitude of approximately 1v.

Use the WBA-6 amplifier for scanners, HT's, Frequency counters, Satellite Receivers. It amplifies low-level (weak) signals. If the signal is extremely low, two amplifiers can be used in a series.
