Credit: We accept purchase orders from schools, government agencies and colleges. Companies may establish credit by contacting us for a credit application. Most credit applications are processed within 14 business days. All new orders will require prepayment until credit is established.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT C.O.D. ORDERS
Minimum Orders: We do not have a minimum order for prepay or credit card orders. Open account such as schools, government agencies, using a Purchase order, have a #30.00 minimum.
Shipping & handling: Many of our kits are light weight with 3 to 5 kits weighing at 1lb. We ship most packages by UPS and will ship by US Post office if requested, which will take longer to receive. We can not ship UPS to a PO box.
For US Customers:
Ground service UPS: First pound is $5.00 for each additional lb. add $1.00
Blue service (2 day): First pound $15.00 for each additional lb. $1.50
Red label service (1 day): First pound $25.00 each additional lb. $2.00
For Canadian customers: First pound is $7.00. For each additional lb. add $1.00.
All other countries: Must contact us for current shipping costs.
SALES TAX:
Any order shipped within the state of Indiana must add sales tax of 5% to the order, or supply a signed Indiana sales tax certificate prior to shipping. If you are required to pay state tax in your state, that is your responsibility.
WARRANTY:
Electronic Rainbow warrants our product to have all of the parts and the parts are in good working order. We can't warrant your ability to solder and follow instructions. When you receive the merchandise look over the package and determine if this is in your ability to construct. If you think this is too difficult for you to construct, you may return it for a refund, less postage. Items ordered in error will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Note: We do not refund on kits that have been touched with a soldering iron.
Electronic Rainbow gives quantity discounts to schools, clubs, and organizations such as scouts, and 4H groups.
