Program your HAM Radio with your computer.
Any amateur radio, receiver or scanner that is capable of being programmed or
controlled by a computer serial port needs this unit. This kit translates TTL Logic levels to standard RS232 data.
Additionally, the unit translates RS-232 data to TTL logic levels, should you find that necessary. This kit is
remarkably easy to build, using just one Integrated Circuit (the Maxim MAX-232 an RS-232 Driver/Receiver) and a handful of
external parts. Very cost effective!
NOTE: YOU MUST SUPPLY THE CONNECTOR FOR YOUR RADIO. THIS KIT USES SOME SMD COMPONENTS.
